Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a group buy (pre-order) purchase from Gods Son Designs LLC ("GODSSON Designs," "GSD," "I," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to all group buy items and supplements our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

What a group buy purchase is

Most items we sell are group buys: you reserve and pay in advance for an item that is manufactured after the group buy period closes. The item does not exist in finished, shippable form when you order. Production typically takes several months from the close of the group buy, and any dates we provide are good-faith estimates that may be shortened or lengthened due to unforeseen circumstances.

Canceling your order

Group buy orders may be canceled before they enter production, subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund within 7 days from submission, or until the end of the group buy window, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, email us at support@godsson-designs.co from the address on your order and include your order number.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, because funds are committed to manufacturing your allocation in a limited run. Group buy and made-to-order items are otherwise final sale.

If we cannot fulfill your order

If a group buy does not reach its minimum order quantity, or is otherwise canceled by us before production, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Cancellation is separate from claims for items that arrive dead-on-arrival, damaged, missing, or incorrect. Those are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a cancelled credit card no longer in your possession. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Product-specific terms

Specific cancellation terms, timelines, and any deposit or installment arrangements for each group buy are stated on that item's product page and at checkout. Where those terms differ, the product-page terms apply to that group buy. By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to them.
