This website is operated by Gods Son Designs LLC ("GODSSON Designs," "GSD," "I," "we," "us," or "our"). The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer accessing this site. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here (such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the site or placing an order. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access the site or place an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not, in using our service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any malicious code. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
Section 2 — Group Buy and Pre-Order Terms
Most items sold by GODSSON Designs are group buys (pre-orders), not in-stock products. This section governs those purchases. Where a group buy term conflicts with a general term elsewhere in these Terms, this section controls for group buy items.
a) Nature of a group buy. When you place a group buy order, you are reserving and paying in advance for an item that will be manufactured after the group buy period closes. The item does not exist in finished, shippable form at the time of your order. Group buys allow us to produce limited-run, enthusiast-grade products by aggregating demand to meet manufacturing minimums.
b) Payment. Payment is collected in full at the time of order unless a specific extras/add-on or installment arrangement is stated on the product page. Your payment funds production and secures your allocation.
c) Timelines are estimates. Any production, fulfillment, or shipping dates we provide are good-faith estimates and may be shortened or lengthened due to unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturing, freight, customs, and quality-control delays. Group buy items commonly take several months from group buy close to delivery. We communicate timeline updates by email and through our official community channels. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept that timelines may shift.
d) Minimum order quantities. Some group buys require a minimum number of orders to proceed to production. If a group buy does not meet its minimum, or is otherwise canceled by us before production, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that item.
e) Cancellations by you. Group buy orders may be canceled before they enter production, subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, as funds are committed to manufacturing your allocation in a limited run. Group buy and made-to-order items are otherwise final sale. Dead-on-arrival, damaged, missing, or incorrect items are handled separately under our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds, where issued, are returned to the original payment method or as store credit. Specific cancellation terms for each group buy are stated on its product page and at checkout; by placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to them.
f) Manufacturing variances. Group buy products are produced in limited runs and may exhibit minor variances in color, finish, tolerances, and acoustics. Renders, prototype photos, and color references are representations and may differ from final production units. Such minor variances are normal and are not considered defects.
g) Shipping, duties, and address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a current, accurate shipping address at the time of fulfillment. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
h) Chargebacks. Because group buys are pre-orders with disclosed extended fulfillment timelines, initiating a chargeback in lieu of contacting us first — for example, due to an expected and previously communicated production delay — is a breach of these Terms. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at support@godsson-designs.co so we can resolve it directly. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that contradict the terms you agreed to at checkout, including by providing this policy and your order acknowledgment as evidence.
Section 3 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and adaptations to technical requirements; payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or access to the service without our express written permission.
Section 4 — Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse or cancel any order. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or the service.
Section 5 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that share the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it as needed so we can complete your transactions and contact you.
Section 6 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information or cancel orders (including after an order has been submitted) if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update information except as required by law.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All designs, product names, logos, renders, images, and content created by GODSSON Designs are our property or are used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our express written permission.
Section 8 — User Comments and Submissions
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials, you agree that we may use them in any medium without restriction, compensation, or obligation of confidentiality. You agree your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or objectionable material. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.
Section 9 — Third-Party Links and Tools
Our service may include materials from, or links to, third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and are not liable for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Please review the relevant third party's policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
Section 10 — Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 11 — Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe our or others' intellectual property; to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to spam, phish, crawl, or scrape; for any obscene purpose; or to interfere with the security features of the service. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any prohibited use.
Section 12 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except as expressly stated by us, the service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no case shall GODSSON Designs, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any product, even if advised of their possibility. Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 13 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GODSSON Designs and its owners, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Section 14 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Section 15 — Termination
The obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination of this agreement. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If you fail, or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Section 16 — Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Section 17 — Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the service. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
