This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from Gods Son Designs LLC ("GODSSON Designs," "GSD," "I," "we," "us," or "our") are fulfilled and shipped. It supplements our Terms of Service, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Because most of our products are group buys, please read the group buy section carefully.
Order changes
If you need to edit or cancel an order, contact us at support@godsson-designs.co as soon as possible. Order changes must be requested within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation email. Group buy cancellations are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Group buy fulfillment timelines
A group buy order is a reservation, not a ready-to-ship purchase. Items are manufactured only after the group buy period closes, so fulfillment happens in stages: the group buy opens and orders are collected; the group buy closes and production is committed; manufacturing, quality control, and freight to us take place; and once units arrive and pass inspection, we pack and ship.
From the close of a group buy to delivery commonly takes several months. Estimated delivery times for group buy and made-to-order items are estimates and may be shortened or lengthened due to unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturing, freight, customs clearance, and quality-control delays. We communicate timeline updates by email and through our official community channels.
Processing time (in-stock items)
For any items sold as in-stock (not group buys), we aim to process and ship within 7 business days of your order. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Combined and split shipments
Group buy or made-to-order items may be combined with in-stock items in the same order. Where combined, the order ships together once the group buy item(s) arrive. If you'd prefer in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order. We may also split a shipment and let you know if we do.
Shipping methods, rates, and tracking
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the order leaves us.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully when ordering. Errors or outdated addresses will cause delays in transit or result in a return to sender. Because group buys ship months after ordering, update your address with us if it changes before fulfillment. Orders returned to us due to an address error will be reshipped once the package is back in our hands and the reshipment cost has been paid. We are not responsible for any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
International orders, duties, and customs
We may ship internationally where offered at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Customs processing can add delays we cannot control. We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities, or for conversion fees associated with international orders.
Lost or undelivered packages
Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of GODSSON Designs and must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. We will assist in the upkeep and resolution of such matters where we can. Any erroneous shipping issue (for example, tracking shows delivered but not received) must be reported to us within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@godsson-designs.co within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Damage claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
